Sales Representative

Alright, let's talk about this sales role. It's not cold calling. You're working with our existing AAA members who already know and trust the brand. We provide the warm leads; a huge database of them; and cover all your costs. Your job is to have conversations, figure out what people need, and explain how life insurance fits into that picture.

What you'd be doing

• You’ll make calls daily to our member list; these are warm leads, not cold ones.
• When members come into our branch offices in Overland Park, KS, you’ll engage with them about AAA Life Insurance.
• The core of it is identifying a member's financial situation and translating the importance of life insurance for them.
• It’s about service, too. Providing excellent service to keep those members long term.

What you need to bring

• A high school diploma is required; a college degree is a plus.
• You need to be able to qualify for a Life Insurance license; we pay for the training and licensing.
• Sales experience is highly preferred. You should have that competitive drive to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Prior insurance industry experience isn't required, but it’s definitely a bonus.
• You must be an effective communicator, both in writing and in person.
• Basic computer experience and good organizational skills are needed.
• We’re looking for someone self motivated and fully committed to building their own profitable book of business here.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.
• Proof of automobile liability insurance is needed at the time of hire.

Final offer is contingent on successful completion of background check, credit check, and drug screen.
