Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
- Experience with Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is expected.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds for equipment setup and cabling tasks.
- Strong problem solving mindset ; you don't give up when something breaks.
