About the Work

You're a Physical Therapist. Your main job is to figure out what your patients need, make a plan for them, and then help them follow through with it. You'll see people one on one in their own homes.

The specifics can change depending on who you're working with, but here's the core of it.

• Start by evaluating each patient to see if our care is the right fit for them.
• Then you build their care plan. You've got tools and resources to help you decide how much care they need and how often they need it.
• A big part of this is talking with everyone involved. That means the rest of the care team, the doctor, insurance payors, and of course, the patient and their family. You're making sure everyone's on the same page.
• You provide the skilled therapy yourself. You'll also supervise other team members who are helping with the patient's care.
• Documentation is part of the deal. You'll log everything thoroughly in our electronic medical record system after each visit.

We're a team that tries to look out for each other. We expect you to own your work, but we also expect you to be part of that team culture.

The Details

This is a full time position based out of Orlando, FL. You'll be visiting patients in their homes throughout the area.

The schedule comes with some flexibility built in; it isn't a rigid 9 to 5 desk job. You're managing your caseload and visits.
