Nuclear Medicine Technologist

The Job

HCA Florida Poinciana Hospital needs a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a PRN role. You will prep, administer, and measure radioactive isotopes for diagnostic and licensed therapeutic procedures. This work happens under the facility's Radioactive Materials License, using a variety of equipment.

You'll follow physician orders, get equipment ready, position patients, and conduct studies correctly and accurately. It's direct patient facing work where precision matters every time.

What You Bring

• Completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technologist program
• A current license as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the State of Florida
• ARRT(N) or CNMT certification
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification

The Hospital

This is at HCA Florida Poinciana Hospital in Orlando, FL. It's a four story, 150,000 square foot facility with 70 private beds and a six bed private ICU. The Emergency Department spans about 14,500 square feet and includes 22 private treatment rooms, an EMS entrance, and a helicopter pad.

They offer acute care services including emergency care, inpatient and outpatient diagnostic imaging, inpatient and outpatient surgery, cardiac catheterization, lab work, pharmacy services, and full support services.
