About This Role

The gig

This is a merchandiser role in Orlando, FL with Advantage Solutions. We're a network of 65,000 people working with over 4,000 brands and retail customers across 40+ countries. The point of this job is pretty straightforward: you show up in stores, you make sure the products are set up right, and you help shoppers find what they're looking for. That's it.

You'll be building displays and end caps, resetting shelves, rotating product, and keeping tabs on inventory so both the store and the suppliers know what's moving and what's not. It's hands on work. You're not sitting at a desk. You're out there making things look good and stay organized.

What you need

You're 18 or older. You've got a reliable car and a valid driver's license. That's non negotiable because you'll be visiting multiple stores in a week.

You're comfortable with physical work ; moving, bending, standing, squatting. You can lift up to 74 pounds without a problem. You don't mind being on your feet.

You can talk to people. Store staff, team members, customers ; it's all part of the day. And you're fine working alone or with others. Either way, you get the job done without someone standing over you.

You're a self starter. You see what needs doing and you do it.
