Sign On Bonus and Compensation

Sage Dental is offering a $3,000 Sign On Bonus for this role. Our top 10% of hygienists earned $90 per hour or more in 2025. You'll be paid whichever is greater: an hourly rate or a percentage of production.

The Role

This is a full time Dental Hygienist position in Orlando, FL. You'll work 4 days per week, Monday through Thursday. Monday hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Tuesday through Thursday hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

You'll see a manageable caseload of 7 to 8 patients each day. That leaves you room to actually do thorough cleanings, build rapport, and give each patient the attention they deserve.

• Providing comprehensive dental hygiene services to patients
• Using state of the art technology like TRIOS 3D intra oral scanners and Pearl AI for diagnostics
• Conducting oral cancer screenings using advanced technology
• Collaborating with doctors who actually value your clinical opinion
• Working in a service focused environment that gives back to the communities we serve

What You Need

A valid State Hygiene License. That's the core qualification. Beyond that, we're looking for someone who views dental hygiene as more than just a job ; a professional who wants to be part of a dedicated team making a real difference.
