About This Role
The Role
You'll manage customer demand from initial order placement through on time delivery for your assigned accounts and sales reps. This happens in the Orlando facility, and it's a job where you work closely with a whole bunch of internal teams ; Sales, Graphics, S&OP, Planning, Scheduling, Data Control, Production, Shipping, Product, you name it ; to track every open and finished order, schedule changes, new designs, graphics updates, and customer requirements.
When there's a delay, you're the one who lets the customer know and figures out an alternative solution so their expectations are still met. You'll also work with customers and sales reps to proactively manage finished goods levels and aged inventory. Coordinating shipment schedules and entering shipping info into the ERP system is part of it. And if a rush shipment comes in, you expedite it and monitor it all the way to delivery.
You'll enter Daily Machine Hours into the ERP system ; that part requires strict attention to detail. Beyond that, you handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests for information or resolution of complex issues. You'll work with Accounting and Sales to make sure every pricing change or update gets communicated to the right teams on time. Building customer loyalty is the goal, and that means providing prompt, professional, efficient service while constantly looking for ways to improve and streamline processes.
