The Gig

This is a Brand Ambassador role with Renuity in Orlando, FL. You'll be the face of a company that's trying to fix a broken industry. Home improvement. And you'll do it from inside retail stores, at events, and at trade shows.

What You'd Actually Be Doing

• Promote Renuity's products and services to people who might want them, and people who already have them.
• Walk up to strangers in established retail locations and start conversations. That's the job.
• Deliver sales presentations face to face. Talk about high quality products, expert installation, and customer care.
• Treat this as a stepping stone. If you want Management or Sales long term, this is how you get there.

The Schedule

Weekends are mandatory here. You need 7 day availability. Your shifts rotate through four windows: 9am to 5pm, 10am to 6pm, 11am to 7pm, and 12pm to 8pm.

What They're Looking For

• You're good with people. Highly developed interpersonal skills and communication skills matter more than your resume.
• Self motivated and ambitious. This is a performance driven environment; you either bring it or you don't.
• Confident speaking publicly. Not nervous in front of a crowd or a single stranger.
• A naturally outgoing person who genuinely likes human interaction.
• A personal vehicle that runs reliably plus a valid driver's license. Non negotiable.

The Pay & Perks

You start at $17 an hour with uncapped bonuses on top of that. Total compensation ranges from $55k to $75k per year depending on performance and commission structure.
