About This Role
What you'll do
You're an LPN with a solid foundation in nursing principles, and you want a role where you can really use those skills. This is a straight night shift position in long term care, working 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. You'll be part of a full time schedule with 36 hours per week, and there's a rotating weekend and holiday schedule to work around.
You'll provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages, working under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. That means you'll administer medications and treatments as ordered, contribute to resident assessments, and document interactions related to care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary needs. You'll also perform testing to evaluate data that reflects how a resident is doing, and you'll know what to do in an emergent situation. Counseling residents, family members, or advocates on prevention and treatment plans is part of it too, all under the direction of the RN or provider.
You'll work as part of an interdisciplinary care team, helping to ensure the health, comfort, and safety of every resident. There's a $10,000 sign on bonus with this role, plus an extra straight night premium.

- An unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with your State Nursing board, or multi state licensure privileges.
- You'll need to obtain and maintain required department specific competencies and certifications.
