OneStaff Medical is looking for a HR/Recruiter to work onsite at our headquarters in Omaha, NE. We're the folks who place Travel Nurses and Allied Healthcare Professionals into assignments that actually matter to them. This isn't a remote gig ; you'll be here in Omaha with the rest of us.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Communicating directly with travel nurses and other staff ; this is the core of the role
Hunting down new recruiter tools and strategies to uncover fresh leads
Running initial phone screens with candidates and helping them navigate travel assignments
Working inside OSM's policies, standards, and practice guidelines every day

What You Need to Bring

1 year of locum tenens experience ; that's non negotiable
Strong written and verbal communication skills (you'll be talking to people all day)
A proven history of hitting targets and performing well
Tech savviness ; you know your way around software and tools without hand holding
The ability to work as part of a team in a challenging, fast moving environment

Education

A Bachelor's Degree is required.
