Graduate Nurse
About This Role
Hey there. I'm putting this out for Aksarben Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing. They're part of a much bigger company called ARS, which has been around for over 45 years and has more than 7,000 people working across the country. That means the job's stable, year round work with a real path to grow.
The Work
You'd be installing new residential HVAC systems from start to finish. That means taking out old equipment, putting in the new stuff, getting it running, and troubleshooting any issues that pop up.
You won't be doing it alone; you'll have a helper assigned to you on each job. They're looking for someone who can lead that install with a professional touch and get it done right without wasting time.
What You Need to Have
- A City of Omaha Journeyman License is required.
- You should be good with leading an installation when you've got a helper with you.
- A working knowledge of the local inspection codes.
- EPA certification. If you don't have it yet, you need to be willing to get it.
- The job involves lifting heavy equipment and getting into attics and crawlspaces.
- A valid driver's license with a clean record is mandatory.
- Everyone has to pass a background check and drug screen.
Pay & What You Get
The pay depends on your experience and how the interview goes. Based on performance, there's potential here to earn over $130,000 a year.
- Insurance benefits kick in after 31 days. Medical can be as low as $5 a week.
- They also offer dental, vision, HSA/FSA plans, and company paid life insurance.
- 401(k) plan with a company match.
- 13 days of PTO plus 8 paid holidays every year.
- You get a take home vehicle with a gas card provided.
- Uniforms are supplied and they handle the cleaning service for them.
- Pay is weekly via direct deposit.
- There's ongoing training and clear ways to advance your career here.
A Quick Note & How to Apply
The pay range and opportunities mentioned are just that; potential ranges based on performance. They aren't guaranteed offers. Any final compensation details based on your specific experience would be in an official offer letter if things move forward.
