Manpower is hiring Warehouse Associates and Forklift Operators for a client in Omaha, NE. This isn't a sit around job. You'll be on your feet, moving product, and keeping the warehouse running. There are two main paths here: picking orders or running the forklift. Which one fits you?

What You'll Actually Do

The work is straightforward but you've got to be steady and accurate. Here's what that looks like day to day:

• Receive incoming products and make sure everything is documented correctly and put in the right spot.
• Operate equipment like Reach Trucks and Order Pickers (they'll train you if you don't have the cert yet).
• Pick and pack orders using a voice guided system. You'll learn it fast.
• Put away materials and keep stock levels where they need to be.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. That's a consistent part of the shift.

What You Need

Nobody's expecting a warehouse veteran, but some things will help you get in the door.

• Some receiving or warehouse experience is a plus ; not always required.
• Forklift experience is needed for some of these roles. For others, they'll train you.
• You'll need decent computer skills for checking in inventory and products.
• You can lift up to 50 lbs consistently ; that's non negotiable.
• Reliability matters. Show up on time and do the work.

Shifts and Pay

Pay depends on which role and shift you land. Here are the specifics:

• Picker ; Monday through Wednesday, 6:30am to 3pm, Thursday and Friday, 5:30am to 2pm ; $18.25 an hour
• Forklift Operator ; Monday through Friday, 2pm to 10:30pm ; $19.25 an hour
• Picker ; Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm ; $17 an hour
