About This Role
Alright, let's get straight to it. We're a restaurant in Omaha, NE, locally owned and operated, and we need an Assistant Manager. It's busy here. You won't be bored.
What you'd be doing
You'd help run the show day to day. Sometimes you'll be the manager on duty, so you've got to own it.
- Lead daily operations and keep things moving.
- Build relationships with our regulars and make sure every order gets out on time.
- Check product quality yourself. Everything that goes out has to meet our standards.
- Service needs to be friendly and personal. And if something goes wrong, you handle it.
The person we need
We're looking for someone who can lead a team, not just boss people around. You've got to motivate them. And you have to genuinely care about giving great service to every single person who walks in.
The details
- The pay range is $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
- You get vacation time and PTO.
