You'll shape the learning experience for children and guide the teachers who make it happen every day. This isn't just about overseeing a curriculum; it's about creating an environment where kids thrive and educators feel supported and motivated to do their best work.
What You'll Do Here
People Leadership
- Help keep the center fully staffed with teachers who are well trained and ready to engage.
- Build and maintain a teaching team that shows professionalism and follows brand standards.
- Run monthly staff development meetings using materials The Learning Experience provides; you'll document each one.
- Use strategic thinking and creative problem solving with whatever resources you have available.
- Keep employee retention high by giving clear feedback, coaching, and holding people accountable.
- Tackle parent and staff concerns quickly at the center level before they escalate.
Enrollment & Family Connections
- Support the marketing plan aimed at driving enrollment and keeping families happy long term.
- Post engaging photos and captions on social media regularly to showcase what's happening at your center.
- Aim for positive customer reviews each month from current families.
- Make sure teachers are using parent communication tools effectively so everyone stays in the loop.
- Help implement brand initiatives and family engagement strategies that build community.
Profitability & Operations
- Contribute to efforts that help the center meet its profit margin (EBITDA) budget goals.
- Stay current on budget targets and know what resources your center needs financially.
The Standards & Quality Piece
- Uphold all health, safety, and licensing standards across every part of the center ; no shortcuts here.
- Prioritize supervision practices while staying compliant with each child's medical or dietary needs individually.
- A proactive approach is expected when it comes to keeping the physical space organized, clean, and ready for tours at any time without scrambling last minute.
