  • Helping to develop and implement strategic and business plans for your areas.

Everything you do needs to line up with Mercy's mission, values, and their Service Standards. It's a big job, but it's the core of what they do.

The Specifics We Need From You

  • You must be licensed as an RN by the State Board of Nursing for the state where you'll practice.
  • You need at least five years of experience in a significant nursing management role. This isn't a first time manager position.

A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is preferred, but a Master's in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration (MHA/MBA) works too.

The Schedule & The Rewards

This is a full time leadership position. Now, about why people stay at Mercy... their benefits are seriously good, especially if you're working 32 hours or more per pay period.

  • The pay is competitive. We can discuss the specific salary range when we talk.
  • Your medical, dental, and vision coverage starts on day one.
  • You get flexible paid time off so you can actually enjoy life outside of work.
  • There's paid parental leave when you need it.
