The Role

You're the go to nurse on the unit. You'll coordinate patient care, manage the daily flow, and serve as a resource for your team. It's about making sure everything runs smoothly and that patients get great care from admission to discharge. You'll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on professional standards.

The schedule is three 12 hour shifts a week. You can choose between working Wednesday through Friday or Monday through Wednesday; both options are from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

What You Need to Bring

• A nursing degree. An Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN works.
• A current RN license for Oklahoma, or a compact license if that applies. Keeping it current is on you.
• A Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association. If you don't have it yet, you need to get it within your first 30 days here.

This job is physical. You're on your feet most of the day with a lot of walking and standing. You've got to be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly. The usual bending, kneeling, reaching, and twisting are part of the deal too.
