Alright, let's talk about this job. It's for a Call Center Representative at Cellular Sales in Oklahoma City, OK. You're not just answering phones; you're the main support line for our sales team and our customers. That means handling a lot of moving parts, solving problems, and keeping everything documented.

What you'll be doing

Your day is about connecting dots and making sure things get done. You'll be on the phone with customers, giving them info on products or services and digging into their account history to help them out.

  • Take customer calls. Some you'll resolve yourself; others you'll need to escalate or manage the follow up process to make sure they're handled.
  • You're also the go to person for our Sales Representatives when they have an issue or a customer complaint that needs sorting out.
  • A big part of the job is keeping accurate records. That means documenting every customer interaction; details of inquiries, complaints, comments; and what was done about it.
  • You won't just log it and forget it. Consistent follow up is key to confirm that the right action was taken and the problem is actually solved.
  • You'll coordinate information and supply necessary documentation within our online reporting trackers as needed.

The work can shift quickly. You've got to be flexible enough to support changing priorities and communicate clearly with different parts of the company, from salespeople to leadership.
