About This Role
What You'll Do
This is a traveling Medical Director role with Vituity, covering sites nationwide. You'll work a mix of clinical and administrative duties, and you'll team up closely with the Operations crew. It's a 1 year commitment with premium compensation. Vituity covers your credentialing fees, travel, and lodging. You also get access to tax sheltered benefits.

Vituity has opportunities at 890 practices across the country, serving 14.5 million patients a year. If you ever need to move, you can take your job with you. This role specifically requires you to travel to sites in Oakland, CA and other locations nationwide.
Who We're Looking For
- Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine
- Able to get licensed in multiple states
- Willingness to travel regularly

Compensation
Estimated annual base compensation range is $275,000 to $900,000. The actual amount depends on the site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. On top of that, from day one you participate in the partnership model, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K 1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed that range.
