The Role in a Nutshell

Ivy Rehab Network is looking for a Pediatric RN to work with kids from birth through age twenty one in an outpatient setting. This is at our Newport News, VA location for Ivy Rehab for Kids. You'll get to do one to one sessions with patients, build customized plans of care, and work closely with parents and caregivers so they can carry skills and exercises into daily life at home.

Full time, part time, and PRN schedules are all on the table.

What You'll Actually Do

Treat pediatric patients ages birth to twenty one in an outpatient clinic
Provide individualized one to one attention during every session
Develop and adjust customized plans of care for each child's needs
Encourage parents and caregivers to attend sessions and learn home exercises
Collaborate across disciplines (PT, OT, speech therapy, and ABA services) with other clinicians
Use ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool, to cut down on paperwork time
Keep reasonable caseloads so you can focus on each patient's treatment plan

Who You Are

You're a big kid at heart. You've graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program and either have or are pending your Physical Therapist license in Virginia. You care deeply about patient outcomes and the quality of care you deliver.

Experience working with kids matters here, but we're open to the right person who shows that dedication.

Schedule and Compensation

We offer full time, part time, and PRN options. Actual salary depends on your experience, specialty, education, and organizational need. The listed range does not include bonuses, incentive pay, differential pay, or other benefits. Those are separate.
