What you'd be doing

• You’d run civil defense cases from start to finish. That means setting strategy, handling discovery and motions, taking depositions, and getting ready for trial.
• A big part of the job is guiding associates. You’d be the one they come to for advice on how to manage their caseload and sharpen their litigation skills.
• You’re the main contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and any other lawyers working on the case with us.
• We also expect our senior attorneys to help bring in new business and contribute to growing the firm.

What you need to have

• A JD from an accredited law school is non negotiable.
• You must be an active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• They need someone with deep experience in civil litigation. Your background should be in areas like insurance defense, medical malpractice defense, or general liability.
• You’ve managed complex cases on your own before and can point to that success. Leadership isn't just a title here; it's how you operate day to day.
• The role demands sharp communication, analytical thinking, and solid trial prep skills.

The salary range is $165,000 to $225,000 per year. Your exact offer will depend on your experience level.
