
About This Role
The Role
You'll own the client relationship for a set of national accounts within LifeWorks Restaurant Group, which is a division of Aramark. This isn't a sales only job. It's about keeping clients happy, making sure operations run smoothly day to day, and finding ways to grow the accounts you already have. You'll work cross functionally with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to deliver on client expectations and contractual commitments. The goal is to maintain strong relationships while balancing operational execution, financial performance, and long term stability for the accounts in your portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned national account clients, managing day to day relationship management.
- Track account performance against client KPIs, service level agreements, and what's spelled out in the contract.
- Work toward fiscal year goals like revenue growth, base business growth, profitability, and client retention.
- Handle contract management tasks including renewals, extensions, and making sure everyone stays in compliance with terms.
- Find and execute opportunities to grow accounts through program enhancements and adjacency services like office coffee service, vending, and micromarkets.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, and Sales to keep execution consistent and resolve client needs quickly.
- Support pricing execution, including audits and alignment with the contract.
- Work with Billing & Collections to help keep AR performance on track and resolve outstanding balances on time.
- Prepare and deliver client business reviews on a monthly, quarterly, and semi annual basis, complete with reporting and insights.
- Support onboarding and implementation for new clients coming into your portfolio.
- Lead or support retention efforts for your accounts, including participation in renewals and RFP processes.
- Keep accurate account documentation and updates within systems like Salesforce.
What You Need
- A Bachelor's degree.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B account management, sales, or client relationship roles.
- Experience managing large or multi location accounts is preferred but not required.
- A solid understanding of financial performance, including revenue, profit, and AR management.
- A track record of driving account growth and retention.
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities across a portfolio of accounts.
- Strong collaboration skills in a matrixed organization where people report to different leaders.
- A problem solving mindset for handling operational and client challenges.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary for this position is between $110,000.00 and $130,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that's the amount Aramark expects to offer.
