What you’ll actually do

You're the LPN who makes sure residents get the nursing care they need, exactly the way their plan of care says it should be done. That means doing comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluations, keeping a close eye on how each person is doing day to day, and stepping in with health promotion and prevention work. You’ll also coordinate services so nothing falls through the cracks.

What you need to bring

• Two years of LPN experience ; not optional, you need it
• Two years working in assisted living or a nursing home
• A current Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
• You know how to keep a community in line with federal, state, and local regulations for resident services and care
• Good judgment, real problem solving skills, and the ability to make decisions
• You can organize your time, handle multiple priorities, and delegate when it makes sense
• Written and verbal communication that actually works
• A genuine dedication to seniors and their well being
• You’ll need to work nights and weekends
