- Build lasting relationships with clients by educating them on their pets' health
- Work with a supportive, collaborative team in a modern facility
- Participate in alternating on call phone consultations (only until 8:00 PM)
- Use advanced equipment like digital radiography, in house labs, dental tools, and surgical monitoring systems
What You Need

- An active Tennessee veterinary license, or the ability to get one before you start
- A passion for small animal medicine and client education
- Comfort with routine exams, diagnostics, and surgeries
- The ability to collaborate in a team focused clinic
- Strong communication skills with both clients and staff
- Interest in practicing high quality medicine in a community centered setting

- Previous experience in small animal general practice
- Surgical and dental procedure experience
- Interest in mentorship, collaboration, and continued learning
- Experience working in a fast paced but compassionate clinical environment
- Comfort in a rural community setting with loyal clientele
- A desire for long term career growth with a privately owned practice
Schedule and Compensation
You'll work a 40 hour week with alternating Wednesday half days. On call is phone consultation only, and it ends by 8:00 PM. The salary starts at $75,000 and goes up to $100,000, based on your experience.
Benefits include a 401(k) with company match, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off. They also cover continuing education (CE) and licensing reimbursement. You get employee discounts and real opportunities for professional growth.
