About This Role
Alright, let's talk about this plumbing job. We're looking for a commercial plumber for our FM2 team in Nashville, TN. This isn't about running calls to houses; you'll be working on the systems inside office buildings, schools, hospitals, that kind of thing. You're the person who keeps things running and fixes them when they break.
What you'd be doing
You'd handle maintenance, installs, and repairs on all sorts of commercial plumbing equipment. It's a mix of keeping up with scheduled work and tackling whatever comes your way. A big part of the job is using our tech to communicate clearly and provide great service directly to our customers on site.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems.
- Perform fixture installations.
- Work on water heaters, pump lift stations, and drainage systems.
- Use cable drain cleaning and jetting equipment.
- Handle some intermediate level electrical work related to plumbing systems.
The background we're hoping for
We really need someone who's been doing this commercially for a while. A high school diploma or GED is good to have. If you've got a plumbing license, even better; that's a real plus for us.
- At least 5 years of commercial plumbing experience is preferred.
- A valid driver's license with a solid driving record is required.
- The skill to efficiently use all the standard trade specific tools.
- You should be comfortable with intermediate tasks: drain cleaning with cables and jets, basic electrical work on these systems, diagnosing pump lift stations and water heaters.
The deal: pay & benefits
This is a site based position. The pay is competitive. The benefits are full time and they're actually good; we try to make sure this job helps you live well, not just work hard.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family.
- Free virtual doctor visits; primary care, mental health, urgent care; for you and your dependents.
- A 401(k) plan with a company match to help with later on.
- The company pays for life insurance and long term disability coverage.
- A Health Savings Account (HSA) with company contributions.
- Earned Wage Access; you can get part of your paycheck early if you need it before payday.
- Paid time off for vacation and holidays.
- Chaplain services are available if you ever want someone to talk to.
Growing here
We don't just say there's room to grow; we put tools in front of you. You'll be working with some seriously skilled people every day. And we back up training with paid time to do it.
- Free trade training through Lee Company University (LCU).
- Clear paths for career advancement based on how you perform.
