What You'll Be Doing

You're the lead clinician in the clinic. That means you're guiding the staff; nurses, X ray techs, front office; to make sure patient care is excellent. You'll see patients in person and through our virtual telehealth platform.

• You handle everything from reviewing medical history and symptoms to making diagnoses.
• Ordering diagnostic tests, interpreting results, and prescribing medications are all part of your day.
• A big piece is completing patient charts accurately and getting them forwarded daily.
• You'll implement the clinical protocols set by our Chief Medical Officer and Supervising Physicians.
• We have patient volume goals for both in person and telehealth; you'll work to meet those.
• Actively engaging with clinical leadership on any patient care concerns is key.
• And you're the welcoming face for new hires on their first day, giving tours and helping them get started with training.

The Skills & Qualifications You Need

You've got to be able to switch gears between a busy clinic floor and managing a queue of virtual patients. Flexibility with new tech and protocols is non negotiable here; things evolve quickly.

• You must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner.
• The ability to work within standard NP protocols is required.
• A working knowledge of health information management rules like HIPAA is essential.
• You need to attend mandatory monthly meetings with Supervising Physicians and complete E/M coding training.
• Completing all our mandatory compliance training is part of your responsibility from day one.

The Schedule & Environment

This is a full time position. You'll be working in an autonomous but fast paced setting. It's team oriented, but you have to be efficient on your own too.
