TriStar Summit Medical Center in Nashville, TN is looking for a Nuclear Medicine Tech. You'd be joining a 230+ bed facility that serves multiple counties and includes a Level III Trauma Center, an Accredited Chest Pain Center, and a Primary Stroke Center.

This is the work. You'll perform general nuclear medicine and PET CT exams, making sure image quality is top tier. That means receiving, calibrating, logging, administering, and monitoring the decay of radioactive isotopes according to policy and safety practices. You're the one providing radiation safety support if there's an incident or spill.

Your day involves coordinating patient flow from a daily list, prepping patients for procedures, and answering their questions clearly. It's about keeping meticulous records; patient medical info, detailed reports; and properly measuring and disposing of radioactive waste by the book. And you'll handle patient discharge instructions, too.

What You Need to Bring

• A graduation diploma from an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine.
• Current registry through CNMT or ARRT (N). This isn't optional; it's required.
• A BLS certification.
• PET CT experience would give you a real edge; we prefer candidates who have it.
• The knowledge to assess and care for patients across all ages we serve.
• A commitment to maintaining all your required licenses and certifications.
