This is for a Home Health RN Clinical Manager with TriStar Healthcare at Home in Nashville, TN. You'd be part of HCA Healthcare, and the whole point is to lead a team that provides quality care for patients recovering at home. We're Medicare certified, and our teams include RNs, LPNs, therapists, and social workers who build individualized plans under physician supervision.

The role exists to support growth and make sure we're hitting the mark on quality. It's a management position where your experience in home health really matters.

What you'd be doing here

• You're supervising a team of home health professionals.
• A big part of the job is making sure everything meets Federal (Medicare) and Local standards; that means knowing Conditions of Participation and Local Coverage Determinations inside and out.
• You'll help develop those individualized plans of care for patients.
• It's about pulling together as a team to provide exceptional care, just like family would.

The background you'll need

• You must have at least two years of experience working within a licensed and certified (Medicare) home health agency. That's required.
• A current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in your state of practice is also required.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• You need reliable transportation, valid automobile liability insurance, and a valid driver’s license.
