
About This Role
What you'll do
You'll work directly with children and families who need real, practical help. As a Care Coordinator I, you'll provide intervention and manage client cases from start to finish. You'll take an active role in case management, working alongside treatment teams to develop plans and offer your own insight. A big part of this role is advocating for people and connecting them to organizations that can improve their situation.
What you'll need
- A Bachelor's degree in a Human Service discipline from an accredited four year college or university
- CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to get certified before working with clients
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic, community based treatment setting
