- Talking with the Service Advisors to keep customers updated, especially if you find something else that needs fixing.
- Giving time estimates for any extra repairs that pop up.
- Handling warranty work exactly how the manufacturer wants it done.
- Coordinating with the parts department to get what you need for the job.
The kind of experience they need
