This isn't your typical associate dentist opening. Dr. Tom and Dr. Dave ; two dentists who've spent their careers building patient first practices ; are launching a brand new practice in Pensacola, FL, and they want a partner in the truest sense. You'll have full clinical autonomy, a say in how the practice shapes up from day one, and a real path to partnership that's earned through trust, not a buy in payment. They handle the business side; you focus on patient care. No corporate rules, no micromanaging, no pressure to hit numbers that don't matter.

Your Day to Day

• Diagnose and treat patients with full clinical freedom
• Use the latest tech ; CBCT, digital X rays, and intraoral scanners ; every day
• Work in a brand new facility with all new equipment and operatories
• Follow streamlined workflows designed for high quality, efficient care
• Collaborate with a support team that helps you grow instead of watching over your shoulder

What You Bring

• A DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• An active dental license in Florida (or the ability to get one before starting)
• You genuinely care about your patients and the people you work with
• You believe in doing things the right way ; not just the easy way
• You want to be part of a team that both supports and challenges you
• You're ready to grow into ownership and leadership over time

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily guarantee of $1,000 to $1,200 per day ; no time limit on how long you take
• Quarterly bonus of 32% or more of your personal collections
