Receiving Associate

What you'll actually be doing

This is a hands on receiving and shipping role at Minneapolis, MN. You'll work first shift in a manufacturing and logistics environment. Here's the real deal on the day to day:

• Make stainless steel tags every week using a Trumark laser machine.
• Check incoming shipments for damage, document any issues, and verify the materials you receive match what was ordered.
• Package, label, and ship products correctly, making sure everything follows regulations.
• Enter receiving and shipping data into the business system and keep an eye on inventory levels.
• Help with warehouse organization, inventory counts, and some basic assembly or calibration tasks.

What you need to bring

We're not asking for the moon. But you do need a few specific things to line up:

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 12 months of experience in receiving, shipping, or stores.
• Basic electrical knowledge ; you should be able to read AC and DC voltage and resistance.
• Experience with ERP business systems is a plus, and if you know Microsoft Great Plains, that helps too.
• You need to be able to stand or move around for at least 4 hours each day and lift up to 50 pounds.
