This role is for an Occupational Therapy Assistant who wants to make a direct impact on patient recovery and independence. Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements

A valid state license or certification to practice as an OTA in Minneapolis, MN is non negotiable. An Associate's degree from an accredited OTA program is required.

• You need a solid grasp of therapeutic techniques for ADLs, mobility, and cognitive retraining.
• Recent fieldwork or professional experience in a rehab setting, whether SNF, outpatient, or home health, is a big plus.
