The Role

This is for a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT). Your specific responsibilities will follow your state's Veterinary Practice Act and what our veterinarians need, but here’s the core of it.

• You're a central part of the medical team providing patient care. That means administering treatments, monitoring anesthesia, and running lab work.
• Guiding and supporting other team members is a big piece. You'll help keep things running smoothly and mentor others to build their skills.
• A lot of your day is talking with pet owners. You'll educate them on treatments, go over records, and answer their questions.
• We all pitch in on training, giving feedback, and keeping our hospital environment up to its high standards.

What You Need

• A diploma from an AVMA accredited Veterinary Technician program.
• A current state veterinary technician license (CVT) in good standing.
• You should be proficient in technical skills like nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and lab procedures.
• A calm, efficient approach works best here; things can get busy.
• Good communication and a collaborative mindset are non negotiable.

We'd prefer someone with at least one year of experience in the veterinary industry.
