I'm looking for someone who genuinely gets fired up about fitness and isn't afraid to talk to people about it. What you'd be doing

You're the first face people see. Your main job is connecting with folks; whether they're walking in, calling on the phone, or taking a tour; and showing them what makes Orangetheory different.

• Greet everyone coming into the studio with a ton of positive energy.
• Explain the Orangetheory workout concept to potential new members.
• Manage the front desk: answer phones, chat with current members, keep things organized.
• Give tours of the studio facility.
• Team up with the trainers to guide new people through their first class.
• Sell memberships. This is how the studio grows and thrives.
• Follow up with people who've shown interest but haven't joined yet.
• Listen to member concerns and handle them professionally, aiming for a resolution.
• Help out with local marketing and community events outside the studio.
• Pitch in to keep all areas of the studio clean and tidy.
