What you'll actually do
This is a Regional Maintenance Manager role with a Property Management company, reporting into the Executive team. You'll support multiple properties across the state of Wisconsin.
- Support maintenance teams at all of the company's properties throughout Milwaukee, WI
- Help execute special projects across different sites
- Sit on the Executive leadership team, contributing to high level decisions
- Travel regularly to visit company properties in Wisconsin
What you need to bring
The company wants someone with real experience and technical chops. Here's what they're looking for:
- At least 5 years in a Property Management Maintenance role ; this isn't entry level
- Solid knowledge of central HVAC systems; that's non negotiable here
- High rise building experience ; they said "a must" so take that seriously
- A habit of working closely with contractors and securing bids for projects
- Strong MS Office skills plus some data analytics capability; spreadsheets and reports are part of the job
The pay and perks
The base range is $90,000 to $125,000 per year, plus bonus potential. On top of that:
