The Role

This is a full time position in Milwaukee, WI. The starting hourly rate is between $18.70 and $20.11. You will manage a portfolio of rental accounts, which means handling deliveries and pickups, collecting on accounts that are 1 to 6 days past due, and selling new products to customers. What You Will Do

• Oversee an assigned group of accounts and build strong, lasting customer relationships
• Conduct early stage collections (1 to 6 days past due) and hit daily and weekly collection goals
• Use account management tools to keep accounts healthy and secure payment commitments
• Complete assigned routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow ups with customers
• Deliver white glove customer service ; in the store, over the phone, and in customers' homes
• Contribute to sales growth by generating new rental agreements
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise
• Maintain showroom standards and take care of company vehicles
• Follow all company safety and operational guidelines

What You Need

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• A valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move heavy merchandise
• Drive a box truck
• Stand and drive for extended periods

Schedule

This is a full time role, Monday through Saturday. You get Sundays off plus one additional weekday off. The work is physically active ; think lifting, bending, and standing most of the day.
