About This Role
The Role
This is a Warehouse Supervisor position in Miami, FL. You'd be managing the daily flow of products that keep airport restaurants running. It's a hands on leadership job in a high volume foodservice environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, storage, and distribution of products to airport restaurants
- Coordinate vendor deliveries (3 times per week) and internal truck operations (5 times per week) to keep product moving on schedule
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and handle boxes, pallets, and carts properly
- Work directly with vendors to manage orders, resolve delivery issues, and ensure product is available when needed
- Oversee efficient loading, unloading, and transport of goods while keeping things organized and safe
- Tackle daily challenges like delivery hiccups, inventory discrepancies, and logistics problems as they come up
What You Need
- 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, commissary, or foodservice operations with a strong focus on inventory and distribution
- Solid experience handling deliveries, working with vendors, and managing high volume product flow
- Comfortable working with heavy boxes, pallets, and carts on a regular basis
- Experience with inventory or purchasing systems like CrunchTime (or similar) is a plus
- Able to work early morning shifts and keep a reliable, consistent schedule
- Strong coordination skills to work across teams and with vendors
