KARL STORZ is a family owned company that's been around for 80 years, making some of the most advanced gear for endoscopic surgery. They're looking for someone to join their Onsite Endoscopic Specialist team in Miami, FL. This isn't a desk job. You'll be inside an assigned hospital, working directly with surgeons, nurses, and the Sterile Processing crew to make sure everything runs smoothly during procedures.

What You'll Actually Do

• Provide face to face support for the operating room, sterile processing, and biomedical teams
• Set up and support video towers and system equipment
• Inspect, repair, troubleshoot, and replace KARL STORZ devices as needed
• Monitor and facilitate repair and exchange transactions
• Transport, clean, sterilize, and package instruments after use
• Troubleshoot video and instrument issues right inside the O.R.
• Handle instrument and equipment repair management

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in sterile processing, sales, or some other surgical technology or medical role
• Solid written and spoken English communication skills
• A track record of working well in a collaborative, service oriented team
• Good time management and organizational skills ; you'll be juggling multiple things
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel for spreadsheets and reporting
• Must pass a drug screening (this is a safety sensitive position)
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds

Nice to Have

• Associate's degree
• CRCST certification

They want someone who can think on their feet. You'll need to analyze situations, figure out the "why" and "how," and solve problems with a level head. You should be the kind of person who builds real relationships ; with your team and with the customers in the hospital. And you've got to be comfortable using email, calendars, virtual meeting tools, and spreadsheets to stay organized and support decisions.
