Beauty Sales Associate

The Role

Here's the gig: you'll work across multiple stores in Miami, FL as a Beauty Sales Coordinator for CVS, reporting directly to the Senior Managers of Beauty or Managers of Beauty within your division. You're the person who makes sure every Beauty Sales Consultant has the knowledge, tools, and motivation to do their best work. You'll be driving sales, engaging customers, and making sure promotions and events run without a hitch. Think of it as being the curator for the entire in store beauty experience.

What You'll Actually Do

Sales Driver (60% of your time)

• You're the lead advocate for Beauty & Personal Care sales across your assigned stores.
• Empower Beauty Sales Consultants to become confident beauty experts. Your goal is to help them drive multi brand and multi category sales.
• Partner with Store Management and Senior Managers to set coaching priorities that line up with B&PC sales goals.
• Develop and manage individualized sales plans for each Beauty Sales Consultant, helping them hit their monthly Beauty Experience & Service budget targets.
• Use your business sense and knowledge of local customer needs to actually drive results.
• Maintain a consistent cadence of store visits and work closely with store teams.
• You'll develop detailed event execution plans focused on featured products and send out timely recaps after each event.

Staff Development & Education (20% of your time)

• Lead the execution of brand and product education for all Beauty Sales Consultants.
• Make sure everyone completes all the required BE&S training modules and shows up to field training sessions.
• Create an environment where learning and professional growth never stop.
• Own how event information and education gets shared. Your job is to boost traffic and total beauty sales through that knowledge.
• Work with Senior Managers of Beauty to define coaching goals and performance priorities.

Execution Support (20% of your time)

• Help Store Leadership recruit and hire Beauty Sales Consultants.
• Analyze business performance and sales data so your team can collaborate and hit their goals.
• Spot operational and business opportunities and communicate them to store and district partners through consistent, high quality recaps.
• Push for full use of all available retail technology to make selling, learning, and customer engagement easier.
• Reinforce CVS Beauty's business and marketing objectives across your teams.
• Make sure all sanitation, hazardous waste disposal, and product demonstration tool cleaning policies get done on time and the right way.
• Manage every corporate beauty event ; GWP promotions, Beauty Box experiences, vendor activations. That means inventory planning, team scheduling, sample distribution, and store communication.

What You Need

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a service driven environment.
• 1 to 2 years of Beauty & Personal Care sales experience.
• You genuinely love beauty. That's not optional.
• You know how to coach, develop, and motivate a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication. You'll present information to customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders at every level.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Spanish English fluency is preferred in certain CVS districts.
• You're comfortable with basic math. Addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
• You can calculate ratios and interpret retail data in Microsoft Excel.
• You work independently and solve problems proactively.
