Retail Sales Associate

Alright, let's talk about this gig. Conway Services is a big name in home services; HVAC, plumbing, electrical; and they've been at it for over 45 years. They're looking for someone to work inside a national home improvement store in Memphis, TN, talking to people about their heating and cooling systems.

The Work

You'll be stationed inside the store. Your main job is to start conversations with shoppers about things like HVAC upgrades, indoor air quality, and saving energy. You aren't closing deals on the spot; you're promoting free in home consultations or scheduling system tune ups. If someone's interested, you pass them along to the expert sales advisors who take it from there.

• It's a Wednesday through Sunday schedule, 10 AM to 5 PM.
• You need weekend availability and some availability on holidays.
• You'll be on your feet, standing and walking during your shift.
• There's a weekly meeting you need to attend at the office.

What We're Looking For

Honestly? A friendly face who isn't afraid to say hello. You don't need any HVAC knowledge; they'll teach you what you need to know.

• A genuinely outgoing personality helps a lot here.
• Previous retail, kiosk, or sales experience is nice to have, but it isn't required.
• You must be 18 or older and able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• A clean, professional appearance; you're representing the company brand on the floor.

The Details & What You Get

The base pay is $18 to $20 an hour. On top of that, you earn commission. With commission included, folks in this role typically average between $20 and $30 an hour total. You get paid every week via direct deposit.

They offer both part time and full time opportunities. Everyone gets paid training; again, no experience needed; and there's a clear path to grow into a Sales Advisor role if that's your thing.
