Registered Nurse ; 2nd Shift & Weekend Options

Signature HealthCARE in Memphis, TN is looking for RNs. Whether you've been at this for a decade or you're fresh out of school, there's a spot here that might fit. We run skilled nursing, rehab, assisted living, memory care, and home based services across multiple states, and our facilities in Memphis, TN operate with telehealth and Care.ai tech. What You'll Actually Do

• Deliver direct patient and resident care, keeping quality high and compassion front and center.
• Supervise nursing assistants day to day ; their assignments, their pace, their priorities.
• Follow Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations, plus whatever the Director of Nursing lays out.
• Make sure every nursing person assigned to you follows the facility's written policies and procedures.

Shifts Available

Here's what's open right now in Memphis, TN:

• 2nd shift ; 3pm to 11pm at both Primacy and Memphis locations.
• 3rd shift ; open at Signature Memphis.
• Weekend Warrior schedule ; Friday/Saturday/Sunday or Saturday/Sunday/Monday, weekly, with a $5 boost to your base rate. Days and nights available at Primacy.
• Part time option at Signature Memphis ; Saturday and Sunday, 12 hour shifts, every other weekend minimum.

Sign On Bonus

$7,500 sign on bonus for full time hires. Applies to the 2nd shift and other FT roles listed.

What You Need

• An active RN license in the state where you'll work.
• A current CPR certification.
• You're customer service oriented and don't fall apart under pressure.
• You notice details, stay accurate, keep things organized, and juggle multiple projects without dropping the quality.
• You've got solid technical, assessment, and documentation skills. Confidentiality is a given.
