What this role is about

So you want to get into real estate but you don't have any experience yet. That's fine. Actually, it's more than fine ; it's exactly who we're looking for. We'll handle the training and the support side of things. You just need to bring the motivation and a genuine interest in helping people.

This isn't one of those sink or swim situations. You'll learn how the industry works from the ground up: how to read market trends, how to negotiate effectively, how to use the tools that actually matter. And you won't be doing it alone. You'll work alongside experienced agents who have a real stake in your success.

What you'll actually do

  • Guide clients through buying or selling a home with personalized service at every step
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to get favorable terms for your client
  • Build and maintain a network of clients and industry contacts over time
  • Provide ongoing support and follow up so your relationships last well past closing day
  • Use real estate software and CRM tools to manage leads and track transactions
  • Conduct market research so you know what competitive pricing looks like in your area

The pay structure (straight talk)

Real estate agents earn commission on each transaction they complete. So the more transactions you close, the more income you bring in. After a few years of disciplined work, it's not unusual for an agent here to earn between $50,000 and $100,000 yearly ; or even more. But that depends on how much effort you put into building your client base early on.
