ICU Float Pool RN

Hospitals in the Memphis, TN area are hiring for their ICU float pools. You'll work across different intensive care units, so adaptability is part of the deal. Shifts are available on days, nights, and mids. You can choose full time, part time, or per diem schedules.

What you'll do here

You're a critical care nurse who moves where you're needed most. That means providing high level nursing care to critically ill patients in various ICUs within the hospital system.

• Manage complex patient conditions and respond to rapid changes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across different units.
• The environment is a Level 2 trauma center, a teaching hospital, and a Magnet recognized facility.

What you need to apply

A few non negotiables are required before we can move forward.

• An RN Diploma degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing.
• An active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license for the state of Michigan.

The schedule & pay

The base salary range for this role is $61,860 to $111,200 per year. A sign on bonus is offered. They have openings on day shift, night shift, and mid shift. You can work full time, part time, or per diem.
