HVAC Technician (Commercial)

Hey there. We're hiring Commercial HVAC Technicians in Memphis, TN. The work's out there, and we need good people to do it.

What you'd be doing

You'd be the one our customers call when their systems go down or need an upgrade. It's hands on, technical work on all sorts of commercial equipment.

• Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of systems.
• The list includes boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and DOAS units.
• You'll work on commercial HVAC from 1 25 tons all the way up to 25 80 ton systems.
• Other gear includes water source equipment, VRF systems, and commercial refrigeration.

We've got different paths you can take. You could focus on maintenance, service calls, or installation projects. Some roles are based at a specific site; others are truck based where you're out on the road.

What you bring

This isn't an entry level helper position. We need folks who already know their way around a tool bag and a manifold gauge set.

• A solid background as a skilled commercial HVAC technician is the main thing.
• The ability to diagnose problems accurately and fix them right the first time matters more than anything else.
