About the Role

We're looking for a Nurse Manager to lead the Emergency Department in Memphis, TN. This isn't just about filling a slot on an org chart. You'll be the point person for a busy ED, shaping how care is delivered and supporting the team that delivers it.

If your background includes time as an Assistant Nurse Manager, Charge Nurse, Clinical Nurse Coordinator, or in trauma care (Levels 1 4), we should talk. Director or Supervisor experience is great too. The schedule needs to work for both of us; we have openings on days, nights, and mids. You can come on full time, part time, or per diem.

What You'll Do

• Manage the daily operations and clinical practice within the Emergency Department.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the nursing staff.
• Oversee patient care coordination, particularly for psychiatric patients and those in fast track settings.
• Handle staffing, scheduling, and resource management for your unit.
• Collaborate with other department leaders and hospital administration.
• Aim for high standards in a place that does cross training and values teaching.

What You Need to Have

• An RN Diploma or a higher degree from an accredited nursing school.
• A current Registered Nurse license in Tennessee that's active and unencumbered.
• Proven experience in emergency department nursing leadership. We're looking at backgrounds like Assistant Nurse Manager, Charge Nurse, or Clinical Coordinator.
• A familiarity with trauma center workflows (Level 1 through 4) is a strong plus.

The Details & What We Provide

The pay range for this position is $48,920 to $94,690 per year. Your exact offer will depend on your experience and qualifications.
