Nurse Manager

Hey, it's Josh. I'm recruiting for a Nurse Manager spot at a community health clinic in Manhattan, NY, and I think this one's worth a look if you're an RN ready to step into leadership.

The organization is a well known outpatient group here in NYC. They're looking for someone with a BSN to manage the nursing side of their primary care clinic. Here's the thing: they're open to training an aspiring leader. So if you've got the clinical foundation and want to move into management, this could be your path in.

What you'd do

You'd split your time between administrative work and some hands on patient care. It's about overseeing the nursing operations for their community based primary care services.

• Manage the clinic's nursing team and daily flow.
• You'll still be involved in patient care, not just behind a desk.
• Work closely with the leadership team, who are committed to giving you extensive training and support.

The schedule we need to fill

This is a Monday through Friday day shift position. There are no weekends, nights, or holidays. You get your evenings and weekends back.

What you need to bring

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• You need an active RN license.
• A genuine interest in community health and working with an underserved population is important here.
• No prior management experience? That's okay. They're willing to train the right nurse who wants to lead.

Pay & benefits

The base salary range is $100,000 to $105,000 per year.
