The Role at a Glance
Constellation Culinary Group is looking for a catering manager to join the team in Manhattan, NY. You'll be working in a boutique law firm, leading a group of foodservice pros and making sure catered events run smoothly. This is a Monday through Friday gig.
If you've done something similar before, you're the kind of person we're after.
What You'll Be Doing
- Training and supervising servers and cooks.
- Participating in the preparation of meals and beverages.
- Ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Addressing client and guest needs and concerns.
What We're Looking For
You need at least three years of experience in foodservice or hospitality. That's the must have. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills are also non negotiable.
It's a plus if you've got at least one year in a supervisory or management role.
Compensation
Up to $85,000.
