The Job

Hackett Hill Center ; a Five Star Facility and voted Best Nursing Home in 2026 by USA Today ; needs a Weekend RN Supervisor. You’ll work 24 hours and get paid for 40. This isn’t a typo. It’s real.

You’ll report to the Director of Nursing. You’ll lead the clinical operations on your shift, making sure everyone follows Genesis policies, practice standards, and regulations. You’ll help implement the care delivery model and processes. You’ll work with the Director of Nursing to keep the nursing staff steady for safe 24/7 care ; and that means limiting overtime and agency use. You’ll also have a hand in recruitment, new hire orientation, mentoring staff, and making recommendations about promotions, transfers, and terminations.

What You Need

• A diploma from an accredited school of nursing, college, or university.
• A current registered nurse license from the State Board of Nursing.
• At least three years of full time or equivalent clinical experience.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in long term care nursing.
• One year in a management, administrative, or supervisory capacity ; preferred.
• A BSN degree ; preferred.
• A current BLS/CPR certification and an active RN license.

The Schedule & Pay

This is a weekend RN Supervisor role. You work 24 hours and receive pay for 40. The posted salary range is USD $99,840.00 to USD $104,000.00 per year.
