We're a specialized surgical center focusing on Orthopedic Disorders, Sports Medicine, and our dedicated RECOVERY STAY programs. Our facility was designed specifically for high level orthopedic procedures. Our team genuinely enjoys working together. We celebrate wins and support each other. You'll get a 4 day work week with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

What You'll Do Every Day

• Use your full skillset as a Certified Veterinary Technician. You're a vital part of the medical team providing comprehensive patient care. That means administering treatments, monitoring anesthesia, and running lab work.
• Lead and mentor the medical team. You guide workflow and help others grow their skills and careers.
• Partner directly with clients. You educate pet owners on treatments, review medical records, and answer their questions confidently.
• Help maintain our positive culture. You play an active role in training, giving feedback, and keeping our standards high.

What You Need to Bring

• A graduate of an AVMA accredited Veterinary Technician program.
• A current state veterinary technician license (CVT) in good standing.
• Proficiency in nursing, surgery, anesthesia, radiology, and lab procedures.
• A calm, efficient approach, especially under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for working collaboratively.
• Two years of experience in the veterinary industry is required.
