Machine Operator

The Work

You'll be running and keeping an eye on different machines. That includes press brake equipment. Your main job is making sure everything runs safely and right.

• Read work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings, then follow them.
• Use a tape measure for accurate readings every time.
• Setting up machines is part of it; you'll inspect parts and tweak things as needed.
• Do quality checks during your shift to confirm parts meet specs.

What You Need to Bring

This isn't complicated, but it's specific. You either have these skills or you don't.

• You must know how to read a tape measure accurately. No guesswork.
• Reading and understanding blueprints or technical drawings is required.
• A good mechanical sense helps. So does paying close attention.
• Show up, do the work well, and be someone we can count on. A strong work ethic matters here.
• The job involves standing for most of the day and handling physical tasks.

Schedule & Pay

The regular hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The pay starts at $18.00 an hour. Sometimes there's overtime available, so the schedule can stretch a bit when needed.
